Regulatory & Capital Safety
Risk Disclaimer
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading foreign exchange (Forex), contracts for difference (CFDs), and algorithmic derivatives carries an exceptionally high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors.
Trading foreign exchange and leveraged financial contracts carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of all your invested capital.
Before deciding to trade foreign exchange or use automated Expert Advisors (EAs), you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. There is a possibility that you may sustain a loss equal to or exceeding your deposited funds. You should never trade or risk capital that you cannot afford to lose.
01. CFTC Rule 4.41 – Hypothetical & Simulated Performance
CFTC RULE 4.41: HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER-OR-OVER COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY.
SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFIT OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN.
Backtests, Strategy Tester reports, tick-data simulations (99.9% modeling quality), and historical performance metrics displayed on StriveAlgo are retrospective and cannot anticipate sudden liquidity dry-ups, broker spread spikes, slippage, or flash crash anomalies.
02. Third-Party Verification Telemetry (Myfxbook & MQL5)
Where track records are cited, StriveAlgo references public, third-party audited accounts hosted on services such as Myfxbook and MQL5 Signals.
- A demo account is clearly distinguished from a real-money verified account, but even verified live accounts reflect specific market conditions, broker liquidity pools, execution latencies, and account deposits.
- Results achieved on one broker's server will differ on other brokers due to spreads, commission schedules, swap rates, and slippage.
- High gain percentages frequently correlate with extreme drawdown risk, aggressive grid multipliers, or martingale recovery sequences that carry account liquidation risks.
03. Independent Due Diligence & No Fiduciary Duty
Nothing published on StriveAlgo constitutes financial, legal, investment, or tax advice. We provide quantitative scoring tools, code reviews, and telemetry analysis for educational purposes.
You must conduct your own independent evaluation or seek advice from a certified, independent financial advisor before executing any live automated trading system or opening an account with any broker.
